By booking or enquiring you agree to provide accurate guest, address and contact details in good faith.

chef plans require online payment. After payment, CookOnline assigns a verified chef — customers do not browse unknown chef profiles.
Catering
Catering is enquiry-led. Online payment is not taken for catering until a custom quote is agreed offline.
Chefs and conduct
Chefs must keep valid documents and professional standards. Admin may suspend accounts that break platform rules.
